WHY ADOPTION?

You already have two biological children and another through adoption, so why do you want to adopt again?

We always knew there was a chance we would struggle with fertility, so we were thrilled when we were able to easily get pregnant with Taft. When he was two years old, we decided we wanted to grow our family but that is when we encountered the fertility issues we always feared. As time went on, and without a good outlook, we knew it was time to start pursuing the adoption process. During this time we unexpectedly and miraculously became pregnant with our Georgia! It was a hard road to bring her Earth-side with a lot of sacrifices and challenges both physically and mentally for Jess. After Georgia was born, Jess was strongly advised by her doctors to not get pregnant again for fear of irreversible damage. This was hard news, but we also felt at peace knowing that Jess wanted to be a happy and healthy mom for our kids and we still had a strong desire to pursue adoption. We are so glad we did, because we were able to add sweet Reese to our family through the miracle of adoption! We still have so much room in our hearts and so much love to give and would be filled with joy and gratitutde to add another precious child to our family!

We have always been open to adoption, and have known that it is something we have wanted to pursue. After putting the process on pause while we brought our Georgia home, we felt a strong push that the timing is right for us to start the search for a sweet expectant mom who will help us grow our family again. We were so lucky and gained our sweet Reese along with many other new family members through both of her biological sides. We strongly believe that God has pushed us in this direction again, and we have seen many miracles along the way letting us know that now is the time open our hearts to this miracle one more time. We have wanted this decision to be very purposeful and intentional, and we know without a doubt that our purpose right now is to pour our unwavering love into our children regardless of how they become ours!

This journey is so near and dear to our hearts and we are feeling nervous, excited and hopeful all at the same time! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering us. We hope we can be an answer to each other's prayers and grow our family in more ways than we ever thought possible.
